Product Introduction

The ballast bed damping pad is a long sheet with a nail column structure on one side, and its flat part is composed of fabric reinforced rubber. It is mainly used as an elastic support under the gravel ballast bed or track slab of subway, light rail and urban railway. It has the advantages of good vibration isolation performance, excellent fatigue resistance, convenient installation and use, etc.

Key Parameters

(1) Static stiffness: 0.019 ± 0.003 N/mm;

(2) Decibel values of the overall ballast bed is reduced by more than 12dB (gravel ballast bed is more than 10dB) compared with that of the ordinary section, and meets the requirements of the environmental assessment report;

(3) After 10million fatigue loads, the surface of the damping pad is not damaged or sticky, and the thickness change rate is not more than 3%, and the stiffness change rate is not more than 10%.
